Update on my Life

Because I owe you guys an explanation for disappearing off the face of the earth for...has it really been nearly two years? 
Judging by the 14,352 notifications that I have, it's been a while since I showed up. 
I'm so sorry guys! I'm not dead yet and I hope you are all fine as well. What can I say, the last couple of years have been crazy! I'm one degree richer since last time and I'm hoping to get two more in a few years. I got over a couple fears, I made new friends/frenemies, experienced new things, etc., etc.
But all good things come to an end eventually. With that, this will be my last journal post on here, as I am stopping with writing fanfics and drawing fanart. I will only finish 2 of my collections over at fanfiction.net but that's it. I have been focussing on my original work and I feel confident that it will get published someday.
So what have you guys been up to? This has seriously been too long.

Six Months Later...

Hi all,
Some of you might have noticed that I've been absent for more than six months now (at least, I always kinda hope that at least one person notices XDDD ). This year has been more hectic than I'd been expecting, which is why I haven't been able to upload anything on here. I have been semi-active on fanfiction.net, but that was more to relieve the pent-up stress and frustrations. And it's pretty much stopped now lol.
My last exam of the year will be tomorrow, but since uni is pretty much killing (especially law), I decided to study during the summer vacation too. I think I can guess the expression on your face right now:
But I have to pass all my exams next year, otherwise I have to start all over again, in some other city. I don't want to get to the point that I wasted three years of my life, not to mention that there will be some serious consequences to it.
So I hope you all understand and I thank you for reading my attempt at sounding like a stressed out but responsible grown-up.
Of course, this doesn't mean that I won't be there at all. I'll just be in lurk mode until next summer I guess, so I'll still reply to notes and comments and whatnot.
Have a nice summer, everyone! Do you have any special plans for the summer that you don't mind sharing here?

Of New Year's Resolutions and Giftfics

Yup, I know I'm early, but I think it's that time of the year again; time to admit if we've achieved the goals that we set for ourselves or not.
Did I study harder compared to last year? Yes, but I could always do better, so that's what I'll try to do in 2014. 
I lost a few pounds, then gained them again because I became lazy, but now I've started living healthier again. Let's keep doing the latter in 2014. 
I went from 9 ongoing stories to 4 ongoing stories. So that's great. I'll try to bring it down to three next year.
I want to play the piano at uni at least once (Don't judge lol).What about you guys? How did you do this year? And what are your resolutions for 2014?
There's also something else. For everyone who's watching me and is interested, I'd like to write a short gift drabble. It won't be longer than 200 words, 300 tops, because I'm really really busy.
But it's all I can do for now. Also, it might take me a while to get to them, depending on how many people (if anyone at all lol) are interested. So don't be surprised if you get your gift in March. Most people know how slow I am. Just a few things to take into consideration, please keep your request T-rated at the most. And if there's a pairing involved, I ONLY write het pairings. Don't try to make me change my mind, because it won't happen. D: I hope you understand. Other than that, you're free to choose the topic and such, as long as it's within dA's (and ff.net's) guidelines. Crossovers are allowed, too.
